Rules of the company ALTRON, a.s. regarding the data protection standard for on-line communication
These rules provide the information about connection to the ALTRON's wesite, the reliability and security and about the way how ALTRON manages the information about the client acquired by means of its website(s).
The mission of the ALTRON's website
The goal of the ALTRON's website is to provide to the clients the most modern product and the newest information about the company and to display them in the most convenient and for the client most suitable way. The ALTRON's website is accessible to all Internet users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The ALTRON's website is the most precise source of information about the company ALTRON and about its products and services. The questions concerning accuracy of information presented at the ALTRON's webite can be sent to the webmaster.
Usage of personal data
If the clients decide to register e-mail into correspondence lists or if they send requests and/or orders or if they respond to adds, advertisement, tips and contests, ALTRON asks relevant information. These personal data are necessary for the company in order to process the client's request.
This information can ALTRON use also to contact or inform the client about actual news from ALTRON, about product details or next special offers. Client can cancel its registration in the e-mail list or ask ALTRON not to communicate its data. To do this, just send your request directly to the e-mail address webmaster@altron.net. Please indicate your precise name and address. In our e-mail lists are enrolled only those clients, who agreed the e-mail distribution of news. The contact removal instructions are included in every e-mail message sent to the clients by the company ALTRON.
ALTRON does not communicate the e-mail addresses to other companies. ALTRON is not a partner nor associate of any company who operates advertisement servers.
From time to time ALTRON can use the information about clients for new, not yet assumed purposes, which were not announced in our note regarding the personal data protection. For the future, if the data security rules change, the company ALTRON will publish these changes of rules on its website so the clients are clearly informed and instructed what steps will avoid this intended new utilization. Clients who are interested to know the way their data are used should regularly visit the ALTRON's website.
The ALTRON's website management uses IP addresses for troubleshooting of errors related with the web server operation and for the website administration. The cookies can be used in order to save clients' variables, e. g. for monitoring of virtual shopping cart, to avoid repeated exposition of the client to identical adds, to prevent the necessity of re-entering paswords during one session by temporary memorizing of the password etc.

ALTRON does not focus underage users
ALTRON absolutely refuses to collect information about users who younger than 18 years. If such case of data collection occurs, it happened unintentionally and by random. ALTRON encourages the parents to speak with their children about the Internet and to have a good knowledge about personal data the child could provide using the Internet.
