Modular system for providing Security and Traffic Organization that enables the comparison (against facts) of defined rules leading to the ensuring of security and freeing up of traffic in impacted areas. It enables the connection of a process model for given rules; for example, parking in marked areas, with modern telemetrics and monitoring systems, including IoT-based systems both for monitoring and for enforcing adherence to defined rules.

The Central Information System (CIS) enables the definition of rules and the pricing policy (price lists), ensures the collection of all necessary system data from connected systems for monitoring data connected to registries (vehicles, persons, etc.). External systems as well as prompting (forced) systems, etc. are connected to to the CIS. The CIS further ensures the actual system's administration and that of all its data.

Typical CIS functions include

  • organization of parking (resident parking, visitor parking, P+R parking, parking garages, gate systems…)
  • speed measurement
  • traffic sign inventories
  • monitoring unticked passengers

CIS supports activities and manages data in the areas of

  • information management and rules related to traffic organization and security.
  • rights management
  • management of information provided by component (sub) systems. (i.e. results of measurements)
  • assessment of adherence to rules
  • detection of misdemeanors
  • accounting
  • statistics

External provider of card and banking services

  • CIS is proposed (designed) and run across multiple layers. architecture with separated layers data, application logic, web/online services and user interface. All CIS communication with its own modules, registries and external applications runs using secured web/online services.
  • Part of the system is a payment (multichannel) portal that enables the connection of various payment systems (models) with the parking system and ensures a connection to the card (bank and others) services provider.
  • It is possible to connect external systems to the system or other modules ensuring administrative/proper management and connections with the documents service, etc.
  • The core of the BORDO system was created using the SDK platform (for a description, see the study for the Prague City Hall), which in cooperation with the corresponding HW platform ensures required data availability.
