ALTRON, which has been a socially responsible company over the long term, launches its new CSR programme in November. The important character of the new social responsibility strategy rests in the more precise focus on specific social aims.

The focus of the company towards specific, recognizable and long-term help in social area will also create prerequisites for active volunteering by company employees. In accordance with this new strategy, a partnership with the House of Children and Youth in Prague (DDM Praha) has been concluded by the ALTRON company. Within this cooperation, ALTRON has become a partner of the first LEGO League, organized by the DDM every year and ALTRON specialists will help educate young future technicians.

“Our organization has been educating and developing programmes for children and teenagers for fifty years already. Technical, sport and education classes and programmes are attended by thousands of children from the whole city of Prague. Mutual cooperation with professionals from various branches is important for us when monitoring and creating of our further activities, which help children orientate themselves in the todays accelerated technology world. This cooperation within the First LEGO League or Secondary School Expert Activity (SOČ) is a good example of this“, Libor Bezděk, DDM Director said.

The launch of new CSR programme and volunteering is a logical step for us to support non-profit, education and the social sector.
